Applications Open for See Forward Ukraine 2026 Program for Young Women

Applications are now open for See Forward Ukraine 2026 - a program aimed at developing leadership, entrepreneurship, and professional networking skills among young women in Ukraine.

Organized by the non-profit See Forward Ukraine, the program combines training, networking, and hands-on project development.

🔹 What the program offers

Participants will gain knowledge and practical tools in:

  • fundraising, marketing, and resource mobilization
  • building a financial portfolio
  • community building and networking (online & offline)
  • launching a small business and team development
  • staying competitive in the AI-driven job market
  • • working effectively with artificial intelligence

The program also includes conversational English practice, excursions, and informal networking activities.

🔹 Format and duration

The 4-month program consists of:

  • offline camp:August 17–28, 2026 (Antalovtsi village, Zakarpattia region)
  • online phase:September–December 2026 (volunteering, project development, follow-ups)

At the end of the program, participants will present their project results. The best teams will be invited to the DOU conference or receive small development grants.

🔹 Eligibility

The program is open to:

  • Ukrainian women born between 2002–2007
  • those currently living in Ukraine
  • participants available for the full duration of the program

30 participants will be selected.

All program costs (accommodation, meals, local transfers, activities) are covered. Participants are only responsible for travel to Zakarpattia.
