The Chair of Central and Eastern European History at University of Basel together with the Department of Mediterranean, Slavic and Oriental Studies at University of Geneva have announced an international conference dedicated to political ideas and transformations in Central and Eastern Europe.
The conference explores Switzerland’s historical role as a space for political exile, intellectual exchange, and the development of new political visions for Central and Eastern Europe during the 19th and early 20th centuries.
