The Ukrainian Science Diaspora, together with the Council of Young Scientists under the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, took part in the “Reclaiming Europe” event held on October 15–16, 2024, on the occasion of the launch of the Young Network TransEurope.
Yevheniia Polishchuk, co-founder of the Ukrainian Science Diaspora, participated in the panel discussion “Reclaiming Europe: Reclaiming Trust”, which focused on the topic of trust.
Yevheniia presented the Ukrainian Science Diaspora community. During her presentation, she emphasized the important role of Ukrainian scholars abroad in building strong partnerships between Ukraine and host countries. This is particularly crucial in shaping Ukraine’s international image and attracting resources for the country’s reconstruction.
The event also included a meeting with Mr. Carsten Schneider, Minister of State to the Federal Chancellor and Federal Government Commissioner for Eastern Germany.
