On 15 April, during the founding meeting, the association "Ukrainian Scientists in Sweden” was established — an initiative aimed at bringing together Ukrainian researchers, scientists, and innovators living and working in Sweden.
The new community is intended to serve as a platform for professional interaction, support, and the development of joint scientific and research initiatives. Its founders emphasize the importance of strengthening the presence of the Ukrainian scientific voice in Sweden and expanding international cooperation.
The objectives of the association include:
- consolidating the Ukrainian scientific community in Sweden
- developing professional networks
- supporting scientific, research, and innovation activities
- fostering cooperation between Ukrainian and Swedish academic, educational, and societal environments
All Ukrainian scientists, researchers, and innovators in Sweden, as well as those who share the association’s goals, are warmly invited to join.
The organizers emphasize that together, more can be achieved — for science, the professional community, and Ukraine.
