Leading academics and practitioners will, in particular, address practical cases of Ukrainian diaspora engagement in times of war, the linking role of the Ukrainian state, as well as key legal and political considerations shaping diaspora involvement in Ukraine’s recovery.
A keynote speech entitled “The Ukrainian Diaspora in the Fifth Year of the War: From Socio-Economic Response to Academic Engagement” will be delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr Taras Romashchenko, Bielefeld University, Germany.
