The Ukrainian Science Diaspora initiative has already united more than 450 Ukrainian scholars from around the world – from Canada and the United States to Europe, Asia, and New Zealand.
This milestone reflects the dynamic growth of an international scientific community committed to strengthening connections between Ukraine and the world, supporting Ukrainian researchers, and developing new formats of academic cooperation even during the war.
The network provides a platform for knowledge exchange, partnership development, joint research, educational initiatives, and mentorship programs. Its activities aim to foster science diplomacy, increase the visibility of Ukrainian researchers in the global scientific arena, and promote Ukraine’s integration into international research initiatives.
The Ukrainian Science Diaspora is becoming a space where Ukrainian researchers abroad and in Ukraine work together to preserve and strengthen the country’s scientific potential, support each other’s professional growth, create new opportunities for young scientists, and enhance the presence of Ukrainian science worldwide.
