Ukraine's Research and Innovation (R&I) sector needs robust, continuous support to maintain its operational capacity and foster vital international cooperation. To meet these pressing needs, the International Coalition for Science, Research, and Innovation in Ukraine is focusing on a critical intersection: strengthening the Ukrainian science diaspora network and mobilizing the donation of essential research equipment.
Join us for an Information Day, 16 October 2026 · 15:00–16:30 (CET) · online, dedicated to uniting these two goals. We will explore how the science diaspora can actively help find and secure equipment for donation, walk through how the logistical system operates, and discuss how to collaborate effectively as a unified team.
Facilitating equipment donations is rarely a simple, single action, and it carries logistical complexities. Yet when achieved together, these donations do far more than equip a laboratory — they pave the way for lasting institutional cooperation between donors and recipients, making Ukrainian scientists abroad a vital cornerstone for building and sustaining these connections now and well into the future.
