I am passionate about mentoring and eager to support others through meaningful guidance. I developed an international mentoring program for female researchers at Würzburg University, fostering academic growth and cross-cultural exchange. As a member of Vision Ukraine, I actively engage with Ukrainian families and children in Würzburg, organizing free German language courses for the past three years with support from Malteser and Stadt Würzburg. These experiences have deepened my commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and community-building. I believe mentoring is a powerful tool for transformation, and I’m excited to share my knowledge, empathy, and experience to help others thrive.
