Mentor Statement
I have been working in European institutions since 2008. Starting from the PhD level, I went through all the career ladders to the professor. I have given several informative workshops on the academic fundraising, the science landscape, grant writing, job applications, and more. One such workshop is uploaded to YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mJVfHfhwRXQ). If my advice or experience will be useful to Ukrainian scholars, I will gladly become a mentor.
