The Diplomatische Akademie Wien – Vienna School of International Studies, in cooperation with the Austrian Development Cooperation, invites applications for the Executive Training Programme in European and International Affairs for Public Officials and Junior Diplomats from Ukraine, taking place 13–24 October 2025 in Vienna (arrival on 12 October, departure on 25 October).
The programme is tailored for Ukrainian public officials and junior diplomats under the age of 38 with at least 1–2 years of professional experience and an English language proficiency level of B2 or higher.
Participants will gain essential knowledge and skills on key international topics, including:
- European Union Affairs
- Women’s Rights, Gender Equality and Women’s Empowerment
- Good Governance, Democracy and the Rule of Law
- Anti-Corruption
- Mediation and Conflict Resolution
- Security Issues
- Negotiation Skills Training
- Digital International Affairs
- Environment and Climate Protection
- Cosmopolitan Leadership
The programme covers: accommodation with breakfast, lunch on working days, health insurance, public transportation tickets in Vienna, and a certificate of participation.
