The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine would like to extend an important invitation to the global scientific community. Ukraine continues to implement reforms to improve the scientific environment and address the current problems of researchers, despite the difficult times caused by russia's full-scale military aggression.
One of the key elements of these reforms is the introduction of a new methodology of the evaluation of research performance of Ukrainian universities and research institutions based on performance indicators. In this regard, the Ministry invites foreign experts to join this process, as well as to evaluate research projects and reports within the framework of competitive selections.
Foreign scientists can register in the National Electronic Scientific Information System "URIS" and add their data to the database of international experts. Their experience and expert advice are extremely valuable for the development of Ukrainian science and Ukraine's further integration into the global scientific community.
