LUKE hosted two webinars on Science Diplomacy in practice: From partner search to a LUKE Joint Call consortium
Webinars gathered over 100 researchers, research managers and administrators from Ukraine.
Inga Ulmane, Counsellor of Economic and Commercial Affairs at the Embassy of Latvia in Austria and Head of the Latvian Investment and Development Agency’s Representative Office, provided expert insights on leveraging the diplomatic circle to find partners and support researchers and companies building partnerships.
Emmanuel Glenck from the Austrian Research Promotion Agency, FFG presented some highlights about the Austrian stakeholder landscape and partner identification opportunities.
Inese Gavarane, moderating the webinars, introduced participants to diverse partner search platforms, shared a concept for developing effective one-pagers, offered practical communication tips and highlighted the role of science diplomacy in fostering international research collaborations.
