UNESCO invites Ukrainian young researchers to apply for remote training in biomedical research

Uliana Zbezhkhovska, 18 October 2025

UNESCO invites Ukrainian and African young researchers to apply for a remote capacity-building training on Extracellular Vesicle Production, Purification and Characterization.

The training is organized in collaboration with Université Paris Cité and the NABI Laboratory (Nanomedicine, Extracellular Biology, Integratome, and Health Innovations) in France, with the support of its specialized facility IVETh. The initiative aims to strengthen the academic and professional development of young Ukrainian and African scientists while fostering future international partnerships in biomedical research.

The program is open to PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career researchers (up to 35 years old) working in biophysics, biotechnology, biochemistry, bioengineering, and related fields. Applicants should demonstrate proficiency in English and have a solid foundation in the basic sciences (physics, chemistry, and biology).

Training dates: 27–31 October 2025
