Ukrainian Science Diaspora Presented the Initiative to the Moldovan Diaspora Community

On March 26, 2026, the Ukrainian Science Diaspora initiative was presented to representatives of the Moldovan diaspora from Germany, Austria, Estonia, and other countries.

The presentation was delivered by Dr. Yevheniia Polishchuk, Co-founder, and Dmytro Buslov, Platform Co-developer. The speakers demonstrated how AI-powered tools and digital platforms can help connect Ukrainian scientists worldwide to support Ukraine’s recovery.

The initiative’s mission is to unite Ukrainian scholars around the world for Ukraine’s recovery. Key achievements highlighted included a global network of researchers (since 2022), a digital map of Ukrainian scholars, the formation of an expert pool, and the development of science diplomacy.

The speakers also outlined next steps, including AI-based job and partnership search, digital petitions, grant opportunities, and assessing the impact of diaspora contributions.
