Participation in the Krakow Konversatorium (Konwersatorium Krakowskie)

For the second year in a row, representatives of the Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Poland have met with the Polish academic community within the framework of the Krakow Konversatorium (Konwersatorium Krakowskie), organized by the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow in cooperation with CRASP – the Conference of Rectors of Academic Schools in Poland.

The main topics today included:
The internationalization of the science and higher education system.
Relations with institutions established to represent countries on the international stage—ministries and embassies.


Activities of Ukrainian scientists in Ukraine and abroad in the context of partnership cooperation.
Global network of Ukrainian scientists on the platform of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, developed in collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Functioning of the Ukrainian science diaspora in Poland. Ukraine as a partner.
Major research infrastructures within the activities of the SOLARIS National Synchrotron Radiation Centre at Jagiellonian University.

Discussions covered European universities, support for internationalization by NAWA (the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange), the European Higher Education Area, European initiatives for research assessment, and academic cooperation with Ukraine.
