On 4 March 2026 , the Ukrainian Science Diaspora held the kickoff online meeting of the “Science Diaspora for Ukraine” Mentorship Program, launching the third iteration of the program, focused specifically on researchers in the economic sciences.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the program format, key milestones, and next steps for mentor–mentee collaboration. A special highlight was the participation of alumni from previous cohorts, who shared their experience, practical advice, and outcomes achieved with mentorship support.
The program connects researchers based in Ukraine with members of the Ukrainian scientific diaspora working at universities and research institutions abroad. In this cycle, participants will work on strengthening their research and career pathways, preparing scientific publications, developing international grant applications, and building collaborations with leading institutions worldwide.
