Dear members of the Ukrainian science diaspora! We invite you to take part in the Expert Competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine for conducting scientific and scientific-technical evaluations of expertise objects in the field of scientific and technical activity. Your experience gained at foreign higher education institutions can be valuable in the process of evaluating research institutions and universities.
Purpose of the Competition: to conduct scientific and scientific-technical evaluations of projects and reports within competitive selections, as well as to carry out the attestation of research institutions and universities.
Key features of the Competition:
- a unified database of experts will be created, including leading Ukrainian and international specialists;
- selection of expert candidates will be based on the scientific fields defined by OECD countries, as well as relevant academic and educational specializations;
- the Competition will be conducted through a new module of the National Electronic Scientific Information System https://nauka.gov.ua, which enables clear identification of expert candidates and data protection via Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), BankID, or Diia.Signature.

- for Ukrainian citizens — until May 20, 2024 inclusive;
- for citizens of other countries — until October 1, 2024 inclusive.
