The Ukrainian Science Diaspora initiative has already united more than 300 Ukrainian scholars from around the world – from Canada and the United States to European countries and New Zealand. This milestone reflects the rapid growth of an international scientific community committed to strengthening connections between Ukraine and the world, even in times of war.
The network provides a platform for knowledge exchange, partnership development, and the initiation of joint research and projects. Its activities aim to foster science diplomacy, increase the visibility of Ukrainian researchers in the global scientific arena, and promote Ukraine’s integration into international research initiatives.
The Ukrainian Science Diaspora has become a space where Ukrainian researchers abroad and in Ukraine work together to preserve and enhance the nation’s scientific potential, support each other’s professional growth, and create educational and mentorship opportunities for young scientists.
