Dear colleagues in the diaspora, We kindly ask you to take part in a survey conducted by the “Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Poland” Foundation as part of the research titled “Adaptation of Ukrainian Science Diaspora Representatives to the Polish Labor Market.”
The study aims to identify systemic solutions for integrating the Ukrainian scientific and expert community into the global academic space. The survey will help uncover barriers in the adaptation process within the Polish labor market, gender dynamics, and the scientific activity of members of the Ukrainian science diaspora in Poland.
The survey findings will be presented as policy recommendations for Ukraine’s recovery and the development of the academic and scientific community. This will enable the leadership of the Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Poland to objectively advocate for the interests of the scientific and expert community and to carry out scientific and academic diplomacy. The information gathered will help enhance the effectiveness of strategic decisions related to advocating for the rights and interests of Ukrainian society directly in Poland and across the EU.
