Viktoriia Hurochkina is an economist, professor at the University of Zielona Góra (Poland), and a head of the board of the Foundation “Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Poland”.
She was born in Vinnytsia. In 2005, she graduated from Vinnytsia University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics. Since the end of 2008, she has worked at the State Tax University (Irpin), and in 2021, she served as the director of the National Research Institute of Economics, Taxation and Customs. Since 2022 – professor at the University of Zielona Góra. Since 2023 – a head of the board of the Foundation “Ukrainian Science Diaspora in Poland”.
