On the website "Ukrainian Science Diaspora" in the section "Interviews with Ukrainian Scholars Abroad: Scientific Diplomacy and Activism" read the interview given for our Initiative by Viktoriia von Rosen (PhD, nee Radziievska) – economist, founder and head of the Ukrainian Coordination Center in Frankfurt, vice-president of the German-Ukrainian Association for Business and Science, TechUkraine – German Ambassador to Ukraine. Born in Kyiv. She graduated from Kyiv State University of Economics (now the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University). There, in 2001, she defended her thesis for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences on the topic "Operations of Commercial Banks with Securities" and completed her doctoral studies in 2021. After 19 years of teaching at the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University and working in financial institutions in Ukraine, she moved to Frankfurt am Main in 2016. In 2019, together with her husband, Professor Rüdiger von Rosen, she founded the startup DigitalBridgeBuilders. She actively engaged in public activities, organizing humanitarian aid to Ukraine, together with volunteers of the Ukrainian Coordination Center, takes care of supporting Ukrainian refugees in the Rhine-Main region and organizing and holding events "RebuildUkraine in science, in business and in finance".
