This special event will bring together 100 Ukrainian academics from around the world to explore new ways to grow their careers, make a real impact through research, and drive meaningful change in academia. Together, we’ll reflect on how each of us can take the lead—personally, within our academic communities, and in society. We’ll also focus on turning research into real-world solutions, including spin-offs - startups and initiatives that emerge from academic work and bring innovative ideas to life.
