The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine is a co-founder of the digital platform "Ukrainian Scientific Diaspora" (hereinafter - the Platform). From the very beginning, representatives of the Ministry participated in the discussion of the idea and functionality of the Platform with the Office of Scientist Support of the Council of Young Scientists at the MES and NGO "Innovative University". The Platform is currently hosted on the technical resources of the Ministry of Education and Science.As part of the "Ukrainian Scientific Diaspora" initiative, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine develops recommendations for the establishment of cooperation between scientists in Ukraine and Ukrainian scientists abroad, and also supports the development of a network of scientific connections between Ukrainian scientific institutions and researchers from the diaspora.
